Description of the Immunity Booster Tea:
•Green Tea: Is a rich sources of phenolics and antioxidants. They help in strengthening your immune system and protecting your body from harmful pathogens and infections associated with colds and flus.
•White Peony Tea: Just like other teas, white peony tea holds some antiviral and antibacterial properties, making this an excellent tea to enjoy during cold and flu season. Due to its antioxidant properties, white peony tea is also an excellent immune system toner.
•Lemon & Ginger Tea:
Ginger: anti-inflammatory, supports digestion, helps with motion sickness, reduces pain, rich in antioxidants, boosts immune system.
Lemon: alkalizing, supports digestion, boosts immune system, rich in vitamin C.
•Echinacea Herb: Extracts of echinacea do seem to have an effect on the immune system, your body's defense against germs. Research shows it increases the number of white blood cells, which fight infections.
•Elderberry & Elder Flower Herb: The berries and flowers of elderberry are packed with antioxidants and vitamins that may boost your immune system.
