Sage Smudge

Scientists have observed that sage can clear up to 94 percent of airborne bacteria in a space and disinfect the air when sage is burned. 

Light one end while gently blowing to get the embers going. Walk around your home, go into every room and allow the smoke of the sage to purify the air. This will help kill pathogens, germs and bacteria. 

To extinguish, lay down on a plate and it will burn out.
