Finely grated epsom salts with magnesium oil, comfrey root, calendula oil and dried flowers. Peppermint, wintergreen, cypress and lavender oils infused with avocado oil.
Poor a generous amount into a warm bath. Soak 15-20 mins to help with tired sore muscles.
